Cancellation Policy and Refunds Policy
Freedom Raves:
Once booked raves are non-refundable. If we receive more than 48 hours notice before your booking, it can be moved to an alternative date. To book on to an alternative rave contact djflourish@rave2freedom.co.uk.
Bespoke Rave Experiences:
Upon booking an invoice will be emailed. This will require payment within 14 working days. Individual bespoke raves can be cancelled and refunded in line with the following cancellation timeframes:
More than 4 weeks: 100% refund
3 weeks until the event: 75% refund
2 weeks until the event 50% refund
1 week until the event: 25% refund
Less than 1 week prior to the event: 0% refund
Memberships:
You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing our support team on djflourish@rave2freedom.co.uk. After the email is received, your cancellation request will be processed within 48 hours and your membership will be terminated the day before your next payment is due. For cancellation requests received with fewer than 48 hours before the next payment is due, we will endeavour to cancel your membership before payment is taken, but if this is not possible, your membership will run until the following payment date, a month later. It is therefore advised to submit any cancellation request in good time.
Payment policy
Members are required to pay for their membership at the time of purchase and then every month thereafter on the same date each month. We may terminate your membership and remove you from all our Rave 2 Freedom platforms if your payment fails and we are subsequently unable to contact you to collect it. All products and materials within the membership will always remain the property of the business and are not to be reproduced or distributed to non-members.
Rave 2 Freedom is not liable for any late payment fees or reclaimed failed payments or for any overdraft fees incurred at your bank. It is your responsibility to ensure your bank card details are correct and up to date.
Courses and materials:
The Company will, from time to time, release courses, programmes, resources and associated material for sale that are separate from the membership. By purchasing these products you are given immediate lifetime access to all the content for our courses, programmes, and associated material (collectively the “Courses”) for your own personal or internal business use. Except as otherwise provided, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Courses or resources in any way.
By ordering our Courses & resources, you agree that the Courses you purchase or download may only be used by you for your personal or business use and may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of the Company. You shall not create any derivative work based upon the Courses and you shall not offer any competing products or services based upon any information contained in the Courses. Not following the above shall be a breach of these terms and conditions.
No refunds are given for a Course you have ordered as you shall be immediately granted instant lifetime access to the course materials and we cannot reverse this access. We always clearly describe what you will be getting from a particular course before you make a purchase. This will give you a full understanding of what to expect within the course. Mental & Emotional Health Disclaimer
Taking part in the raves, courses and memberships is an investment in to your mental, emotional and physical health. Whilst they are on the most part an uplifting experience, as you delve deeper in to the journey towards your true self you may experience life changes or past trauma surfacing. This is a normal part of any kind of journey to becoming your True Self however it can be uncomfortable and hard to manage alone.
We ask you to understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your well-being during the raves and authentic share sessions, and subsequently, including your choices and decisions. We ask you to understand that rave coaching & authentic shares are not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment.
Having said that, the welfare and safety of our clients are of upmost importance to us which is why we have Psychotherapists and other Coaches who can support with any kind of healing crisis. These are at an extra charge of £80 per session and are available via phone or Zoom to step in and support should you need it.
